This beautiful Silver coin is part of the “Hologram Collection” series and features the Kaiser Wilhelm Memorial Church, a damaged Church after the bombing raid in 1943. The coin has a part of the Church recreated with a new Hologram technique, has a Proof quality and comes in a case, along with the Certificate of Authenticity. Limited mintage to only 1.000 pcs worldwide.
The reverse of the coin presents the Kaiser Wilhelm Memorial Church, a famous landmark of western Berlin, known for the contrast between the ancient ruins and the modern architectures as a testimony of the horrors of World War II.
On the left of the reverse, the inscription: “Kaiser-Wilhelm-Gedachtniskirche” – the name of the coin and on top of the reverse, the inscription: “Berlin” – the capital of Germany. The obverse of the coin depicts the effigy of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II and the inscriptions: “ELIZABETH II” – the name of the Queen, “SOLOMON ISLANDS” – the issue country, the face value and “2017” – the year of issue.
