2000 Australia – $5 - Sydney 2000 Olympics – Baseball

Part of the official Sydney 2000 Olympic commemorative series, this $5 coin celebrates Baseball, one of the 28 sports featured in the Sydney Olympic Games program. It was issued as the 27th coin in the complete Olympic sports collection and released in partnership between the Royal Australian Mint and the Perth Mint. Coins in this series were issued between 1997 and 2000 and remain popular with Olympic and sports-themed collectors.
