Issued to mark the 75th anniversary of the National Health Service (1948–2023). The reverse by Alice Lediard features the inscription “NATIONAL HEALTH SERVICE 75” surrounded by words reflecting the NHS values such as compassion, dedication, hope and support. The obverse bears the portrait of King Charles III by Martin Jennings.
