Issued to honour the celebrated Indigenous artist Daphne Odjig (1919–2016), this coloured $2 coin features a vibrant design based on her artwork Folk Singer, depicting a stylised female figure holding a drum. The reverse captures her distinctive Woodland style, while the obverse bears the effigy of King Charles III by Steven Rosati.
